Job Responsibilities

• Lead the team to design test cases, arrange test plans, and constantly broaden the depth and breadth of testing according to the game planning documents and the actual situation of the product
• Perform a series of tests on the game, including functionality, performance, compatibility, ease of use, gameplay, and so on
• Independently complete the construction of all test environments and related management work
• Optimize the requirement development process, manage the release process and quality management standard, improve the testing efficiency and quality

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in mobile game testing
• Experienced at least 1 complete project process from project creation to game launch
• Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and have enough patience and execution, able to bear greater work pressure
• Love games, have rich game experience, have personal knowledge and understanding of the game, have a good sense of project risk control
• Familiar with mainstream testing methods and theories, master mainstream testing and management tools, familiar with at least one development or scripting language
• Good communication skills and positive communication awareness, with experience in leading a team
• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred, computer related majors are preferred
