Game Numerical Designer
Job Responsibilities
- According to the rules of the game system, build mathematical models and design formulas for the underlying framework of the system;
- Responsible for adjusting various numerical values in the game, adjusting the balance, sustainability, and other aspects of the game;
- Design and ensure players’ numerical experience, analyze online data, and provide optimization solutions from a numerical perspective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering;
- Excellent logical thinking and mathematical modeling skills;
- Be proactive and never back down when encountering problems;
- Having a strong sense of responsibility and a desire for growth.
Bonus Points
- Mathematics, statistics, psychology, economics, computer related majors;
- Have conducted data analysis or have a deep understanding of statistics;
- Have in-depth gaming experience, knowledge, and understanding of non-commercial 3A games.
- Master a programming language.
